Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and contact potential clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads, understand customer pain points, and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through closing and account retention.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide daily/weekly activity reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing (Entry-level candidates with high drive considered).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus).
