Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated individual to manage the sales process from initial contact to closing. You will be responsible for identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and presenting our premium solutions to a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads and warm prospects.
- Identify and qualify prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and budget.
- Present product demonstrations and compelling value propositions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to drive retention and upsells.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Track and manage leads accurately using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, telemarketing, or customer service (Entry-level candidates with strong drive are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to learn new products quickly and adapt to a changing sales cycle.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
