Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to qualified leads.
- Demonstrate products and services to prospective clients, identifying key pain points and needs.
- Close new business deals over the phone with speed and professionalism.
- Manage and nurture a consistent sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for all prospect interactions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Availability and willingness to work the night shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
