Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Greater Detroit area.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct face-to-face meetings and virtual presentations to showcase our premium solutions.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and drive revenue growth.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and forecast sales activity effectively.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for local travel.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Self-Motivation: A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales tracking software.
