Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored product demonstrations addressing client pain points and ROI drivers
- Develop and maintain C-level relationships with enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and nurture leads
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ activity benchmarks
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain technical expertise
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in B2B inside sales or enterprise account management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with documented results
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting and opportunity qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
