Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for industrial automation solutions across Indiana and Ohio
- Generate new business through cold outreach, networking events, and referral programs
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, and contract negotiation
- Collaborate with technical team to deliver product demonstrations and client consultations
- Maintain CRM data pipeline and monthly sales forecasts with 95%+ accuracy
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction rate
Qualifications
- 5+ years proven outside sales experience with industrial/technical products
- Documented track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel 60% of time
- Certification in Six Sigma or Project Management preferred
