Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels during night shift hours
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Attend bi-weekly on-site training and team meetings in Oakland
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to track sales activities and pipeline
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
- Adhere to all compliance regulations and ethical sales practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently during night shift (6 PM - 2 AM PST)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
