Responsibilities
- Execute a high-volume outbound calling strategy to generate new leads and book qualified meetings.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients in the San Diego area.
- Build and maintain a robust portfolio of clients through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and target high-value demographics.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities; ability to handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Reliable transportation for local client meetings and networking events in San Diego.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
