Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present tailored product solutions to prospects, demonstrating ROI and value propositions
- Close 15-20 deals monthly while maintaining 80%+ activity metrics in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Attend weekly product training sessions to maintain technical expertise
- Document all client interactions accurately in CRM system
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot required)
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle complex objections
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Exceptional communication and active listening abilities
- Results-driven with demonstrated quota achievement history
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote team environment
- Valid NC driver's license for occasional client visits
