Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional, high-energy demeanor to create an immediate positive impact.
- Listen to customer needs and effectively demonstrate how our products/services provide value and solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up communication and relationship management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly team targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to offer informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to speak persuasively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
