Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads and book meetings.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Manage and update customer relationships in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure accurate pipeline tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and optimize conversion rates.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to foster retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or customer service (Entry-level candidates with strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a focus on daily activity.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
