Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking strategies.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions to prospective clients to drive sales.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to closing deals within the assigned territory.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on campaign strategies and maximize lead conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Attend daily sales meetings and training sessions to refine skills and stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel to client meetings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
