Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls during weekend shifts.
- Qualify leads and effectively present our products/services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients using our CRM software.
- Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our internal systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a self-motivated work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
