- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, welcoming sales floor environment.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
