What You Will Do:
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by connecting with potential clients and closing deals. This is a permanent role with a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present our products and services to potential customers, addressing their needs and objections.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management team to refine sales strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and closing techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- No prior sales experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a positive attitude.
- Reliable internet connection and cell phone are required for remote communication.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn a commission-based income.
