Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients via video conferencing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities in Salesforce.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure new business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales collateral and campaigns.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure consistent quota achievement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and expansion.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and high energy levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote-first or hybrid environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
