Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through multi-channel outreach including phone, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Develop customized sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and campaign optimization
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable feedback to product development
- Maintain deep product knowledge and industry expertise to position solutions effectively
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with verifiable track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or technology products preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify pain points and propose tailored solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
- Certification in sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale) a plus
