Responsibilities
- Conduct High-Volume Outbound Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients via phone and email to introduce our products and services.
- Lead Qualification: Assess client needs and determine if our solutions are a good fit, effectively managing the sales pipeline.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to showcase the value of our offerings.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, calls, and activities in our Salesforce CRM.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's bottom line.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training and mentorship for entry-level candidates.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively over the phone and in writing.
- Self-Motivated & Resilient: A "hunter" mentality with the drive to overcome objections and follow up persistently.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable navigating CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage a high volume of leads in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work both on-site in Seattle and remotely from home (including Florida).
