Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Engage with prospects to uncover pain points and present tailored product/service solutions.
- Manage a consistent sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Tele-sales.
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals over the phone.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and a drive for success.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
