Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM database with 100% accuracy.
- Present product demonstrations and conduct needs analysis calls with prospective clients.
- Close new business deals by negotiating contracts and finalizing agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead qualification criteria.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, account management, or customer success.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM software.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid office environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for team events (if applicable).
