Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research within the Orlando area.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to demonstrate products and services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and manage client relationships to ensure retention.
- Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to effectively close deals and achieve monthly quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and track progress against sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Valid driverβs license and a clean driving record required for client visits.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative sales team.
