Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and qualify high-quality leads within the local market.
- Client Engagement: Conduct outbound calls and emails to establish rapport and discuss client needs effectively.
- Product Demonstrations: Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person product demos to showcase our solutions.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce/HubSpot, tracking interactions and deal pipelines.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales or B2B sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Self-Motivation: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Location: Must reside in the Tampa, FL area or be willing to commute (Local role).
