Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close 15-20 deals monthly through cold outreach, email campaigns, and strategic follow-ups
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage pipeline, track KPIs, and maintain accurate CRM data
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead qualification criteria and optimize conversion funnels
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle objections using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction scores
- Mentor junior sales associates through our peer-to-peer coaching program
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex enterprise deals
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with ability to articulate technical solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote/hybrid settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
