- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to execute store strategies and maintain high performance standards.
- Merchandising: Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and price changes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
