Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM engagement
- Present tailored product demonstrations and solutions to enterprise clients
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in daily training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or customer-facing sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
