Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Manage a robust pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data hygiene and timely follow-ups.
- Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations to drive the sales cycle forward.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of sales activities.
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
