Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct high-volume prospecting calls and emails to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close sales within the assigned territory.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management, analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, or B2B sales preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence and persuade.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Determination: A self-starter mindset with the resilience to handle rejection and the drive to meet aggressive targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not strictly required.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Chicago, IL.
