What You Will Do:
- Engage & Assist: Greet every customer with a smile, providing a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.

- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that reflects our premium brand standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.

Qualifications:
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some weekday evenings.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Skills: Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle customer returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some early mornings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
