Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements to drive sales.
- Sales Execution: actively participate in sales initiatives and campaigns to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all product lines, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support store goals and assist in training new hires.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate POS systems.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and willing to work on-site in Colorado Springs.
