Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations to identify and fulfill client needs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage accurate client data within the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (Entry-level candidates with strong drive are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
