Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through our CRM and outbound prospecting
- Close 15-20 deals monthly with average deal value of $2,500
- Exceed monthly targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction
- Leverage our AI-powered sales platform to optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine sales funnels
- Participate in daily coaching sessions and weekly performance reviews
- Track KPIs in Salesforce with real-time commission tracking
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with track record of meeting quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex tech solutions
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to work 10am-7pm CT schedule
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new products
- Must pass background check and pre-employment assessment
