Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align on strategies and opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all sales activities and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting targets
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a weekend shift schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
