Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to execute multi-channel sales strategies
- Exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, pipeline generation, and closed deals

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or related experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tech stack
