Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to prospective clients
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to position value propositions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500k+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
