The Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand to prospective clients. You will leverage cutting-edge CRM tools to nurture leads, conduct discovery calls, and close deals that drive the company's bottom line.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue growth.
- Present product demonstrations and solution-based proposals to decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing the deal.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Track daily activities and report progress using Salesforce or HubSpot.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
