Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate new sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads and conduct needs analysis to determine the best solutions for clients.
- Present product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales pitches to prospective customers.
- Manage a high volume of leads in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive to ensure no opportunity is lost.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate sales records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and persuasion.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is a plus).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional based on remote nature).
