Responsibilities
- Proactively generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to B2B clients via virtual/demos
- Exceed monthly sales targets with 80+ outbound calls daily
- Manage CRM pipeline (Salesforce) and update deal progress in real-time
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Attend weekly sales training and product certification sessions
- Maintain 95% activity compliance in sales performance dashboard
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with B2B SaaS/financial products
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, and outreach automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to handle objections
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- College degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
