Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, and digital channels
- Build rapport with potential clients to understand their business needs
- Present product solutions tailored to client requirements
- Close sales and maintain client relationships post-purchase
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years sales experience (fresh graduates welcome!)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn CRM systems
- Goal-oriented mindset with competitive drive
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Fluent English (Spanish fluency a plus)
