Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify potential clients and tailor solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and service overtures to prospective customers.
- Close sales and manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales collateral and strategies.
- Track all customer interactions and sales data accurately in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
- Basic proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
