Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls to qualified leads in the local and Ohio markets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal and account management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Attend daily sales huddles and training sessions to refine closing techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local meetings.
