Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new leads and book qualified meetings.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies and messaging.
- Accurately update CRM records and provide weekly sales forecasting reports.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is a plus).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a high-performance environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
