Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or business development (Direct Hire candidates welcome).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote or hybrid setting.
