Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound leads with a professional and consultative approach.
- Needs Analysis: Identify the specific needs and pain points of potential clients to recommend tailored solutions.
- Sales Execution: Present product demonstrations and negotiate terms to secure new contracts.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, consultative tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a part-time role while hitting specific performance metrics.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Location: Must reside in or near Chicago, Illinois.
