Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to nurture leads and optimize sales funnel

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience in SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expert proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Valid US work authorization and clean background check
- Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred for South Florida market
