Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned local territory to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relations: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high retention rates and customer loyalty.
- Market Strategy: Conduct regular market research to understand local trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments with clients to recommend premium products and solutions that align with their specific business goals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or local sales, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the New York area and local business landscape.
- Self-Motivation: Proven track record of goal-oriented behavior and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for local territory travel.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
