Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified leads to generate interest in our products/services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective prospecting and relationship building.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to prospects, addressing objections and guiding them toward a purchase decision.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development workshops to refine your skillset.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and a positive attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
