Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Manage and qualify leads through the sales pipeline using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B inside sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally for team events.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience is accepted.
