What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound prospecting and relationship building. We are looking for individuals who are not afraid of the phone and are eager to hit their numbers.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to drive revenue.
- Consult with clients to identify needs and present tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong "hustle" mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
