Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential clients.
- Closely analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions and negotiate terms effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to team success.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for local market expansion in Oakland and Virginia.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-energy team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for field activities, if applicable).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger for success and financial growth.
