Responsibilities
- Prospect & Pitch: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the San Jose local market through outbound calling and networking.
- Client Meetings: Conduct professional sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients, demonstrating our premium solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- CRM Management: Accurately record client data, interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Market Expansion: Represent the brand at local networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings to expand our footprint.
- Feedback Loop: Gather market feedback and client needs to provide valuable insights to the product and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field (preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- License: Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation are required for local client visits.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
